WEEK 1

Let's Get Started
Begin by scheduling an appointment with one of our jewelry designers to discuss your inspiration, budget, stone preferences, and general ideas. Once we have the details, we'll collect a 30% deposit to officially kick off the design process.

WEEK 2-4

Sourcing the Perfect Gem
After our initial meeting and receiving the deposit, our team will start sourcing the perfect gemstone along with any supporting materials to bring your custom concept to life. Feel free to share any inspiration images from our website or Instagram with your stylist—if we've done it before, we can do it again!

WEEK 4-6

From Vision to Design
 With your ideal stone selected, it’s time to bring your vision into reality. Whether it involves developing a complete custom design package or diving straight into 3D renderings, we’ll share every visual for your approval. Once you're absolutely delighted with the design direction and all the fine details, we’ll collect an additional 40% payment to move the project into production.

WEEK 6-12

Creating Magic & Celebrating
The entire creation process generally takes 8-12 weeks. Once the design is finalized, we craft a unique mold, and our master jeweler brings your one-of-a-kind piece to life. Production typically spans 5-8 weeks, which includes a comprehensive quality check and appraisal once complete. The remaining 30% will be due when your piece is finished and ready for delivery. After that, your beautiful creation is ready to be yours—let the celebration begin!
