The Process & Timeline
Connect
First things first—book an appointment with one of our stylists to start your custom journey. During this consultation, you'll share your vision, including inspiration, budget, and stone preferences. Simply email us at contact@lorensgiron.com to get started.
Design
After selecting the perfect stone, we begin bringing your vision to life. This could involve crafting a custom design package or diving straight into creating 3D renderings. Throughout the process, we share every visual element with you for your approval. Once you're absolutely thrilled with the design direction and all the fine details, we move forward with production.
Create
From start to finish, the entire creation process usually takes about 8-12 weeks. Once the design is finalized, we craft a unique mold, and our master jeweler carefully casts and brings your one-of-a-kind piece to life. Production generally takes around 4-6 weeks, including a thorough quality check and appraisal once complete. After that, your beautiful creation is ready to be yours!
Custom Designer Process
For custom designer pieces, we require a 30% deposit to begin the design process. Once the design is approved, an additional 40% payment is needed to start production. The remaining 30% will be due when the piece is completed and ready for delivery.

Craftsmanship
Lorens Giron guarantees against all defects of materials and craftsmanship of our jewelry, but it does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, or accidental damage. Normal wear and tear would be considered scratches or dents in metals and softer stones, flattened/worn prongs, etc.
We recommend having your jewelry inspected every six months to 1 year to keep it in good condition.
Please be mindful that it is important to add fine jewelry to a homeowners, renters, or individual policy; this will protect against loss, damage or theft of jewelry.
Should repairs be needed, it is the client's responsibility to ship and insure the piece(s); Lorens Giron Jewelry will return jewelry via insured shipment.
Repairs guarantees the structural integrity of all jewelry for one year from purchase date.
Gemstones and diamonds are not under warranty. Please be mindful that it is important to add fine jewelry to a homeowners, renters, or individual policy; this will protect against loss, damage or theft of jewelry.

At Lorens Giron we only work with design quality material sourced from a small batch of trusted partners globally who adhere to our standards in ethics and business practice.
Insured Shipping
All shipments from Lorens Giron are insured and require a signature for delivery.
All domestic shipments are shipped via FEDEX, UPS, or USPS. Next day delivery is available at checkout for a fee;2 day delivery is complimentary.
Please note that the delivery speed is not reflective of production speed—most designs are made to order.
International pieces will be via DHL Express Worldwide (where applicable) and fully insured.

All customs fees, taxes and duties are the client's responsibility.
Returns/Refunds
Lorens Giron does not offer returns or refunds on any jewelry. Before sending your jewelry, the team will confirm the piece on video. We only exchange with defects in our manufacture.
